We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site such as email addresses for offers only pertaining to our store. We currently do not automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will NOT sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

REFUND POLICY

 “All refunds will be provided as the type of payment used at the time of Purchase, within one week upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you many return any item in its original condition within 30 day of original purchase accompanying a valid receipt.”

Shipping days are Tuesday through Friday every week for surrounding cities

Tuesday: Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Thorndale

Wednesday:West Chester, Malvern, Newtown Square

Thursday: Berwyn, Devon, Wayne, Paoli

Friday: Glenmoore, Spring City, Phoenixville, Chester Springs

 

PLEASE NOTE: We currently do not offer shipping outside of the surrounding cities.

 

In Store Frequent Buyer Program

The frequent buyer program for dog, cat, and some small animal food is only available shopping in store.  Items purchased on the website are not currently eligible to be counted towards the program that was started at Pickering Valley Feed and Farm Store's physical location.
